Responsibilities Assist customers with parts enquiries and sales, identify and source agricultural machinery parts accurately, manage stock effectively, ensure clean, organized, and correctly labelled shelves and displays, assist with stock counts and inventory control processes, capture sales orders and quotations under supervision, support workshop and service department parts requirements, build strong relationships with farmers and clients, learn and understand CASE IH and other agricultural equipment parts catalogues and systems, assist with maintaining a safe and tidy work environment, participate in training and development initiatives, stay updated with agricultural technologies and equipment to better serve customers, perform point-of-sale transactions, maintain excellent housekeeping of stock and displays, and commit to continuous training and personal growth.
