Core Objective of the Position: Increase the profitability of the OVK group and minimize risks through the effective management and collection of the debtor's accounts.
Minimum Requirements: - Grade 12 (an appropriate accounting qualification will be an advantage); - 5 years experience in an agricultural credit lending environment; - Thorough knowledge of applicable Credit & FICA legislation; - Valid driverās license.
Key Skills: - Computer literate (MS Office); - Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English; - Good numerical ability; - Good organizational skills; - Ability to thrive under pressure; - Ability to maintain confidentiality; - Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and to motivate and manage staff; - Thorough understanding of risk management.
