Job Description The Junior Industrial Operator will perform various complex grain handling and storage tasks.

Requirements - Grade 12 or NQF 4 - Certificate in Grain Grading and Grain Fumigation (recommended) - Minimum 2-3 years of similar experience - Ability to work at heights and in diverse weather conditions - Valid driver's license (advantageous)

Duties and Responsibilities - Monitor the continuous flow of grain throughout the facility - Operate grain handling equipment, including conveyors, elevators, and related machinery - Implement continuous grain protection via fumigation as directed by supervisors - Monitor grain tube temperature and report deviations to supervisors - Measure grain tubes per policy and safety regulations - Operate silos according to VKB Group policies and regulations - Comply with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards - Contribute to continuous improvement in silo operations - Assist senior operators and management with daily operational tasks
