Opportunity We are seeking a Parts Marketer to join our team in Douglas, Northern-Cape. Key Responsibilities - Drive sales of agricultural parts, accessories, and solutions while meeting agreed targets (commission applicable), - Manage stock effectively, ensuring availability, ordering based on movement, and quickly sourcing scarce parts, - Build strong, trust-based relationships with farmers and clients, - Stay current with agricultural technologies and equipment to better serve customers, - Take responsibility for the point-of-sale process, including cash and card transactions, - Maintain excellent housekeeping of stock and displays, - Commit to continuous training and growth, both personally and professionally.

Requirements - Grade 12 / NQF 4 with Mathematics, - Proven sales and marketing experience in parts (essential), - Knowledge of and passion for agriculture, - Ability to work well under pressure, - Strong customer service orientation, - Computer literacy (Microsoft Office), - Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
