Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate and competitive seafreight pricing and estimates. Develop pricing solutions and strategies based on client requirements. Convert estimates into confirmed shipments. Maintain and manage pricing records and reports. Ensure KPI targets are achieved and reporting is completed accurately. Perform quality control on pricing and documentation. Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external clients. Ensure compliance with company quality management systems. Support tender management and rate management activities.

Minimum Requirements

Matric with Mathematics. Relevant 3-year Import or Export qualification (NQF Level 5). Minimum 5 years'' experience in multimodal freight forwarding estimates/pricing. Strong knowledge of freight forwarding and clearing documentation, procedures, and practices. Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment. Strong customer service and communication skills.
