**Job Overview**
Located in Cape Town, this full-time position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, external partners, and funders to ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. The Programme and Operations Project Manager will work closely with innovators within the innovation center, coordinating testing activities within the research and development lab, and facilitating seamless handovers between design teams and manufacturing operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
The Programme and Operations Project Manager will be responsible for
- Managing project priorities, timelines, dependencies, and risks across all active design and product development initiatives. - Coordinating new product development, product enhancement, and customization projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. - Supporting innovators within the innovation center and coordinating testing activities within the research and development lab, driving innovation and progress. - Facilitating seamless handovers between design teams and manufacturing operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. - Supporting the maintenance of ISO 13485 documentation and upholding strict quality control processes, guaranteeing compliance and excellence. - Monitoring project budgets, tracking grant milestones, and compiling reporting for funders, ensuring transparency and accountability. - Enhancing project management systems to optimize cross-functional collaboration and operational efficiency, driving growth and success.
