Job Title: Senior Program Manager, Pricing and Profitability, Delivery Service Partner, MEATR DSP

Company: Amazon

As Amazon's Delivery Service Partners (DSP) continue to expand their regional network, the company is seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager to shape the financial success of these partners. In this pivotal role, you will design and implement rate cards that strike a delicate balance between sustainability for Amazon and its DSP partners, while adapting to ever-changing local market conditions.

To excel in this position, you must possess a profound understanding of on-ground operations and the intricate flow of costs into the organization's overall business profit and loss (P&L) statement. Your analytical prowess and problem-solving skills will enable you to translate operational realities into effective pricing strategies that drive long-term success.

Key Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Program Manager, Pricing and Profitability, your responsibilities will be multifaceted and demanding:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive rate cards across multiple business lines, grounded in a deep understanding of local market conditions and operational realities. These rate cards will be designed to align with long-term cost plans and quarterly guidance targets, ensuring sustainable operating costs for both Amazon and its partners. * Lead the long-term planning cycles and quarterly guidance processes for DSP pricing, including peak incentive modeling when necessary. This will involve collaborating with various teams to maintain a delicate balance between Amazon's cost objectives and partner sustainability. * Collaborate with the strategy and expansion, payments, ACES, and Delivery Program Manager teams to ensure that rate card designs are feasible, technologically enabled, and support timely partner payments. * Conduct thorough financial reviews to assess partner profitability, distinguishing between programmatic or operational changes and pricing adjustments. You will also connect DSP cost drivers to the broader business P&L, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth. * Leverage AI-driven approaches to optimize rate card production, enhance data analysis, and identify pricing opportunities across the network.

A Day in the Life

Your workday will be filled with diverse tasks and responsibilities, including:

  • Reviewing partner profitability data and preparing financial reviews with the payments team to ensure accurate and timely partner payments. * Participating in working sessions with strategy and expansion colleagues to align rate card assumptions for upcoming country launches. * Collaborating with Delivery Program Managers to understand operational cost drivers on the ground and refining quarterly guidance narratives for leadership review. * Connecting with ACES and technology teams to ensure that pricing mechanisms translate into accurate, on-time partner payments.

About the Team

Our DSP Pricing and Profitability team is a dynamic and fast-paced group that builds the financial frameworks that power Amazon's last-mile delivery partner network across the region. We work closely with strategy, expansion, payments, and operations teams to ensure that every rate card we produce balances Amazon's cost objectives with partner sustainability. With new country launches on the horizon and an expanding delivery footprint, this is a team where your work will have a direct and visible impact.

You will have the opportunity to develop deep expertise in delivery operations, financial modeling, and regional market dynamics, skills that will open doors to broader roles across Amazon's logistics and transportation network.
