Our client requires a seasoned Senior Application Support Specialist who will assume responsibility for client deployment projects in desktop, server, application, and network settings. This position demands a candidate adept in various technical areas, including proficiency in C# programming, Vue.js/Electron troubleshooting, and a comprehensive understanding of both Windows and Linux environments, along with tackling intricate network challenges.
Skills Needed: · Over five years of experience in technical support, solutions engineering, platform engineering, or similar roles. · Extensive hands-on experience in C# with the capability to analyze application code, stack traces, and logs. · Practical knowledge of Vue.js and Electron diagnostics, including browser DevTools, component/state troubleshooting, IPC, packaging, and updates. · Competence in Angular to make minor, safe application adjustments. · Command line experience in both Windows and Linux environments. · Expertise in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting. NET applications in enterprise settings. · Strong troubleshooting skills in firewalls, proxies, certificates, PKI, TLS, allowlisting, and network connectivity. · Proficiency in Azure Monitor and Log Analytics. · Experience in conducting remote technical sessions and installations with enterprise IT teams. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear technical documentation.
