Position Overview Offer comprehensive technical support, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting for network infrastructure, VoIP telephony, and CCTV systems.
Requirements A minimum of 3–4 years’ experience in technical support within an ISP, WISP, or telecommunications sector. In-depth knowledge of MikroTik RouterOS (both v6 and v7). Strong grasp of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, NAT, firewalls, and VPNs. Hands-on experience with the installation and configuration of Yeastar PBX systems and Yealink IP phones. Proven experience in CCTV installation and technical support. Readiness to participate in a standby rotation. MicroTik certifications (MTCNA/MTCRE) are advantageous. Yeastar certifications are also advantageous. Experience with firewall solutions such as Sophos, FortiGate, or similar is desirable. Knowledge of network monitoring tools like Zabbix or similar is advantageous.
