Description: Our client is looking for a highly skilled Senior Application Support Engineer who will assume responsibility for managing intricate issues on client platforms across various applications, infrastructures, and enterprise environments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on identifying and resolving issues at their core and enjoys collaborating closely with technical client teams.
Key Requirements
¡ Minimum of 5 yearsâ experience in technical support, solutions engineering, or platform engineering. ¡ At least 2 yearsâ experience in client-facing roles. ¡ Proficient in C# with strong skills in reading and debugging application code. ¡ Advanced diagnostic skills in Vue.js and Electron. ¡ Familiarity with Angular, including components, services, routing, and state management. ¡ Proficient in command line operations within both Windows and Linux environments. ¡ Experience in troubleshooting.
