Our client is looking for a highly skilled Senior Application Support Engineer to manage and oversee enterprise client deployments spanning desktop, server, application, and network environments. This demanding role requires a professional capable of seamlessly navigating C# coding, Vue.js/Electron troubleshooting, and both Windows and Linux systems, while also addressing intricate corporate networking issues.
Skills Needed: ā¢ Minimum 5 years in technical support, solutions engineering, platform engineering, or a similar technical role. ā¢ Extensive experience with C# to interpret application code, stack traces, and logs. ā¢ Proficiency in Vue.js and Electron diagnostics, utilizing browser DevTools, troubleshooting components/states, IPC, packaging, and updates. ā¢ Adequate understanding of Angular for minor, safe application modifications. ā¢ Familiarity with command-line operations on both Windows and Linux platforms. ā¢ Experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting. NET applications within enterprise settings. ā¢ Robust troubleshooting expertise across firewalls, proxies, certificates, PKI, TLS, allowlisting, and network connectivity. ā¢ Skilled in Azure Monitor and Log Analytics. ā¢ Ability to conduct remote technical sessions and installations with enterprise IT teams. ā¢ Excellent written and verbal communication skills to produce clear technical documentation.
