Position Overview: Our client is actively searching for a highly skilled Senior Application Support Engineer to manage intricate client-platform challenges spanning application, infrastructure, and enterprise domains. Ideal candidates thrive on resolving issues at their core while collaborating closely with technical client teams.
Key Requirements: Ā· A minimum of 5 years in technical support, solutions engineering, or platform engineering. Ā· At least 2 years of client-facing experience. Ā· Proficient in C# with the capability to read and debug application code. Ā· Extensive diagnostic expertise in Vue.js and Electron. Ā· Knowledgeable in Angular, covering components, services, routing, and state management. Ā· Comfortable operating from both Windows and Linux command lines. Ā· Experience in troubleshooting. NET applications within server environments. Ā· Demonstrated ability to diagnose complex enterprise infrastructure and connectivity issues. Ā· Familiarity with Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.
