Sentraal-Suid Co-operative Ltd is currently recruiting a dedicated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate for our Agriland store in Riversdale. The ideal candidate will report directly to the Branch Manager and will be responsible for overseeing the effective, profitable, and seamless operation of the assigned store section. Essential duties encompass sales management, inventory supervision, product promotion, and customer relationship development.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Facilitate profitable and efficient store operations within the designated product segment. - Oversee inventory levels, manage stock flow, and ensure accuracy in store administration. - Employ an aggressive, marketing-driven strategy to enhance product visibility and drive sales. - Foster and sustain strong customer connections through superior service, negotiation skills, and clear communication. - Conduct precise data entry, stock monitoring, and various administrative duties using company-provided computer systems.

**Key Requirements & Qualifications**
