**Position Overview**

Our estates boast beautifully manicured gardens and inviting atmospheres. We are now looking for a committed Groundskeeper to join our team in Tokai Estate, Southern Suburbs.
**Responsibilities**
Your role will involve the upkeep of the estate’s gardens, vibrant flowerbeds, robust trees, and pristine lawns. Ensuring that the property remains visually appealing, well-tended, and inviting for our residents is your main duty. **Key Duties**
- **Garden Maintenance:** - Pruning trees and overgrown shrubs - Restoring plant beds and garden redevelopment - Tilling plant beds - Cutting grass and trimming - Weeding - Hand/additional watering when necessary
- **Tools & Machinery:** - Checking tools before and after use (lawnmowers, hedge trimmers, brush-cutters) - Cleaning tools at the end of each day - Oiling and sharpening blades of all cutting equipment
- **Refuse Management:** - Collecting household waste - Sorting recyclables from general waste - Cleaning and sanitizing refuse bins - Loading garden waste for disposal
- **Housekeeping/General:** - Cleaning workshop/canteen - Cleaning around Body Corporate Reception, externally - Opening external dining area and courtyard umbrellas, weather permitting - Inspecting perimeter fence for weeds/vegetation, once per week - Spraying perimeter fence for weeds/vegetation, once per month - Sweeping synthetic turf in courtyards - Sweeping paved surfaces in courtyards - Sweeping paved area around healthcare - Collecting leaves in courtyards
**Qualifications**
