Requirements: - Matriculation (Grade 12) or a Sales/Marketing Diploma, or equivalent is advantageous - Minimum of 2 years’ experience in technical sales - Extensive knowledge of the foam, plastics, or similar manufacturing industry is essential - Profound understanding of technical product applications - Experience with customer visits, needs analysis, and technical selling - Ability to communicate effectively with customers and factory teams regarding product requirements - Proficient in using computers, specifically MS Office and Syspro (advantageous) - Possession of a valid driver's license - Willingness and ability to travel throughout the regional East Coast area - Exceptional communication, customer service, and business development skills
