Key Responsibilities - Achieve individual contract targets to maximize the Business Unit's profitability. - Promote contract products to customers, thus boosting the value and profitability of the Business Unit. - Manage the contract applications process according to the established procedures. - Engage with customers in a manner that prioritizes their satisfaction. - Demonstrate strong self-management and collaborative teamwork skills.
Minimum Qualifications - High School Diploma (Matric) - 1 – 2 years of experience in the retail sector. - Thorough knowledge of Contracts Services products. - Understanding of risk management. - Proficient in MS Office. - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. - Strong interpersonal skills.
Skills & Expertise - Familiarity with Management Information Systems and software such as SAP Systems, Vodacom C3D, M2, MTN Ilula & OMS, Telkom CRM, AVS, PayJoy & Vumatel. - Expertise in Credit Services Sales. - In-depth knowledge of IC Policies, Practices, Processes, and Procedures. - Understanding of the IC Business Operating Model. - Commitment to expressed and implied ethical responsibilities. - Strong focus on teamwork and customer service. - Attention to detail. - Professional telephone etiquette.
