Duties and Responsibilities
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills through effective selling techniques. • Implement strategies to minimize stock loss within the store. • Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets. • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to boost sales performance. • Maintain store cleanliness and uphold visual merchandising standards to enhance sales. • Create a welcoming and engaging environment for customers. • Process all sales transactions, including cash, cards, vouchers, and other forms of payment. • Ensure all outgoing stock and items are accurately scanned and paid for. • Manage loyalty card programs, including those of partner brands. • Build and maintain professional relationships with customers, providing courteous and helpful assistance. • Report customer compliments and complaints to management. • Address and resolve all customer stock queries promptly.
