Overview Are you a dynamic leader prepared to assume full control of a retail establishment? As a Branch Manager, your core duty will involve strategically directing and enhancing your store's comprehensive operational efficiency. This includes driving daily sales and profitability, maintaining top-notch customer service, and implementing visually appealing merchandising. Your store will be managed with the same meticulous attention as a personal business.

Key Responsibilities - Store Performance: Design daily sales tactics, oversee budgets, handle store expenditures, and examine local sales trends in order to reach or surpass profitability objectives. - Floor Leadership & Execution: Efficiently execute the visual merchandising planograms, supervise promotional initiatives, and conduct daily morning assemblies, floor inspections, and checklists to uphold impeccable store standards. - Team Empowerment: Recruit, develop, and retain high-caliber store personnel; host monthly 1-on-1 performance assessments, monitor digital training attendance (Axonify), and foster a high-performance atmosphere. - Risk & Admin Control: Overseen essential in-store procedures such as cash-ups and inventory counts; actively manage stock loss/shrinkage, and ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to. - Customer Service Champion: Address customer complaints promptly on the floor, daily review social/Google reviews and CRM reports, and motivate staff to provide an outstanding in-store experience.

Requirements Education: Matric certificate. Experience: 3 to 6 years in the retail sector. Core Competencies: Ability to make decisions and take action, lead and supervise, plan and organize, manage stress, and display entrepreneurial thinking. Skills: Proficiency in Google Suite, operational stock management, and a thorough understanding of retail and consumer finance systems (SAP/SAS) and legislations (CPA, NCA, POPIA, etc.).
