We are currently seeking a dependable and hands-on Building & Facilities Maintenance Technician with a monthly salary range of R12,000 to R15,000. This role requires someone who can handle day-to-day repairs and maintenance across business premises and associated properties.

Ideal candidates will possess strong practical handyman skills, capable of identifying problems, completing routine repairs independently, and recognizing when specialist assistance is needed. While a formal artisan qualification is not mandatory, practical experience in building or property maintenance is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct general building and property repairs and preventative maintenance. - Perform basic plumbing, painting, patching, carpentry, and minor repairs. - Repair and maintain doors, locks, fittings, gutters, and drains. - Assist with workshop and factory infrastructure maintenance where appropriate and safe. - Identify maintenance problems early and report larger repairs or specialist work requirements. - Maintain tools and materials and keep a simple maintenance task list. - Prioritize daily maintenance requirements and follow through on outstanding work. - Help maintain clean, safe, and orderly premises.

Essential Requirements
