We are looking for a Business Consultant (Fuel Industry) to join our team in Kimberley. ⛽ ABOUT THE ROLE The Business Consultant will be responsible for managing and supporting a portfolio of retail service stations, building strong relationships with retailers and franchisees, ensuring business compliance with company and industry standards. Key responsibilities include: 🔹 Developing and implementing business and operational plans 🔹 Driving sales volumes and achieving/exceeding business plan KPIs 🔹 Providing ongoing business advice and support to retailers 🔹 Conducting regular site visits and performance reviews 🔹 Ensuring compliance with brand standards, HES, safety regulations and legislation 🔹 Monitoring retailer performance and implementing corrective action plans 🔹 Monitoring competitor activity and identifying growth opportunities 🔹 Managing promotions, CSI and advertising activities 🔹 Conducting inspections, audits and operational checks 🔹 Monitoring foreign fuel and ensuring appropriate escalation 🔹 Overseeing station facilities and dispensing equipment maintenance 🔹 Preparing operational and performance reports for management 🔹 Maintaining accurate site records, documentation and administration 🔹 Building and maintaining strong relationships with retailers, franchisees and internal stakeholders
