Position Overview

Job Purpose: To facilitate clients in applying for credit loans while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and policy requirements for credit granting.
Key Responsibilities: - Achieve monthly loan application sales targets through the promotion of credit loans and customer assistance. - Meet monthly collections targets by implementing company procedures and instructions for collections, and following up on customers' loan instalments. - Maintain accurate records and uphold branch housekeeping standards in an orderly and timely manner. - Provide professional and friendly service to all internal and external customers at all times.
Competency and Qualification Requirements
Minimum Education: Grade 12 Certificate/Diploma in Micro Lending Frontline Service (NQF L3)
Experience: 2 years’ experience in the microfinance industry
