Position Overview: Dis-Chem Pharmacies Limited is seeking temporary gift wrappers for its Johannesburg South branch. The role involves wrapping and decorating customers' purchases with gift-wrapping paper, ribbons, bows, and tape.
Minimum Qualifications: Essential: - Grade 12 / Matric or Senior Certificate
Job Responsibilities
Gift Wrapping: - Help customers choose suitable wrapping materials. - Wrap packages professionally, following specific guidelines. - Remove price tags from products and include gift receipts in the wrapping. - Organize and store wrapped packages in the designated gift wrap area. - Perform additional duties as required.
Customer Service: - Provide friendly, courteous, and helpful service to all customers. - Greet customers and assess their needs and preferences. - Address and resolve customer queries within a reasonable timeframe. - Wear the correct uniform and name badge at all times. - Report any suspicious or inappropriate behavior to management.
