Minimum Requirements: Essential: Grade 12 / Matric or Senior Certificate
Job Description
Gift Wrapping: - Assist customers in choosing suitable wrapping materials. - Package items professionally following specific guidelines. - Remove price tags from products and include gift receipts within the wrapping. - Organize and store wrapped packages in designated gift wrap areas. - Perform additional tasks as requested.
Customer Service: - Offer friendly, helpful, and courteous assistance to all customers. - Greet customers and identify their needs and preferences. - Address and resolve customer queries promptly. - Always wear the correct uniform and name badge. - Report any suspicious behavior (both staff and customers) to management.
