Key ResponsibilitiesLead the company's financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and statutory compliance. Drive strong financial governance, risk management, and internal controls. Provide commercial and operational insights to support business growth and strategic decision-making. Oversee the Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Legal & Compliance functions. Develop high-performing teams through leadership, mentorship, and accountability. Establish and monitor KPIs to drive operational excellence and business performance. Support scalability, business continuity, and operational resilience across the portfolio. RequirementsCA(SA) or equivalent financial qualification. Extensive senior financial leadership experience, preferably within the hospitality, hotel, or real estate spaceProven experience leading cross-functional support teams, including Finance, HR, IT, and Legal/Compliance. Strong commercial acumen with a strategic yet hands-on leadership style. Demonstrated success in financial planning, governance, risk management, and business transformation. Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
