This position is currently open at Fidelity Cash Solutions Witbank, reporting directly to the Branch Manager. The primary responsibility of this role is the maintenance and servicing of client ATMs.

**Minimum Requirements:** - Clean criminal record - PSIRA accreditation at minimum Grade B - Completed firearm training for both handgun and rifle - SAPS competency certificate - CIT certificate - Experience in the security industry or similar roles - Valid driver’s license - Computer literacy

**Key Performance Areas:** - Daily loading of all client ATMs - Daily securing and accurate accounting for cash transactions - Addressing all technical faults on the ATM - Balancing and precise handling of cash transactions - Ensuring the security of all client assets at all times - Adhering to all key procedures at all times - Efficiently managing client interactions and providing assistance - Tracking scanning operations for complaints
