**Position: Contract Administrator - Mining**

Location: EMALAHLENI, MPUMALANGA Reporting To: Branch Manager

**Job Purpose:** The role's primary responsibility is to ensure adherence to all on-site security stipulations and to meet client requirements in a professional and efficient manner at all times.

**Qualifications and Experience:** - Grade 12 (matric) or equivalent - Psira Grade A registration and accreditation - No criminal record - Valid driver’s license - Minimum of 5 years in managerial capacity - Essential experience in staff management - Proficient in computer operations - Residing in Middelburg is mandatory

**Key Performance Areas (not exhaustive):** - Fostering positive relationships between Fidelity Security Services and the client regarding security services provided. - Ensuring timely deployment of Security Officers. - Confirming that all Security Officers comply with the client’s stipulated contractual requirements. - Continuously evaluating service levels and suggesting improvements to the client. - Supervising and managing security staff effectively. - Promptly addressing all HR-related queries. - Investigating incidents and submitting pertinent weekly/monthly reports to Management. - Participating in meetings with FSS Management and clients.
