Qualifications and ExperienceA Doctoral Degree in Education, Educational Technology, Instructional Design, or a related field. A postgraduate qualification in Higher Education Teaching and Learning is advantageous. A Teaching with Technology certification will be advantageous. At least 8–10 years’ experience in higher education teaching and learning. A minimum 5 years’ experience in leadership or management of e-learning or digital education initiatives.
