Purpose
This pivotal position supports the dealership network by delivering superior vehicle finance services and selling approved products, optimizing gross profit. It ensures adherence to Financial Service Board (FSB) standards concerning training, suitability, honesty, and integrity.
Minimum Experience
A minimum of three years in a comparable role with a focus on customer service within the Automotive Retail Industry or Banking sector.
Minimum Qualification
A Grade 12/Matric, complemented by a relevant diploma. A Credit Management Diploma is advantageous. Additionally, a Regulatory Exam, NC Accreditation, Retail or Short-Term Insurance Qualification with at least 120 credits is required.
Minimum Requirements
- Current knowledge of vehicle legislation, trade practices, and dealership policies and procedures. - Expertise in customer service and sale management. - Understanding of retail industry compliance would be beneficial. - Familiarity with the NCA, CRA, FAIS, and FICA. - Accredited by the FSP and authorized to perform NCA functions under (s13 mandate). - Relevant Continuous Professional Development points within stipulated timeframes. - Driver’s License.
