RequirementsA relevant three-year tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Financial Management, Economics, Public Finance, Supply Chain Management or an equivalent qualification. Applicants must be unemployed graduates seeking workplace exposure in the municipal finance environment. Proficiency in MS Office application. DutiesThe successful candidates will be exposed to various municipal financial management functions, including revenue management, expenditure management, supply chain management, budgeting, financial reporting, asset management, accounting and compliance processes. The interns will assist with financial administration, capturing and verification of transactions, reconciliations, preparation of reports, filing and record management, and other finance-related duties as assigned to support effective municipal financial operations.
