This opportunity offers exposure to strategic decision-making, operational finance, commercial insight, and business transformation within a fast-paced environment. As the Finance Controller, you will report directly to the CFO and partner closely with the CEO, Board, and operational leadership teams. You will take ownership of financial reporting, controls, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, compliance, and finance operations while contributing toward strategic initiatives, acquisitions, and long-term growth objectives.
DutiesLeading the full finance function across multiple entities within the groupOverseeing annual financial statements, audits, tax compliance, and governanceManaging monthly reporting, management packs, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysisDriving cash flow forecasting, working capital management, and cost optimisation initiativesSupporting mergers, acquisitions, due diligence, and financial modelling activitiesManaging debtors, creditors, treasury, inventory, payroll oversight, and operational finance processesPartnering with operations, sales, merchandising, and finance teams to align strategic targets
