Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with operational leaders to improve profitability and business performance. Deliver insightful financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Analyse production, inventory, supply chain, and operational costs to support strategic decision-making. Drive process improvements, financial controls, and reporting efficiencies. Support month-end, year-end reporting, audits, and statutory compliance. Provide commercial recommendations that influence business growth and operational success. Job Experience and Skills Required
QualificationsCA(SA) qualification is essential. Experience Approximately 2 years' post-qualification commercial experience. Proven exposure within engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, or distribution. Strong business partnering and stakeholder engagement experience. Experience supporting operational and commercial decision-making. Skills Advanced Microsoft Excel. ERP exposure such as SAP, Syspro, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, JD Edwards, or similar.
