**Job Summary:**

**Fleet Management:** - Supervise all facets of fleet management. - Monitor and control fleet operations, including tracking, fuel consumption, route planning, and scheduling. - Continuously assess driver and vehicle performance and efficiency, aiming to enhance productivity.

**Driver Management:** - Manage driver schedules, routes, and assignments. - Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies. - Assign tasks to drivers and oversee their execution.

**Communication:** - Regularly liaise with drivers, providing updates and addressing any issues. - Monitor and track orders and deliveries.

**Compliance:** - Maintain adherence to company policies and safety standards.

**Vehicles:** - Coordinate vehicle maintenance to ensure fleet readiness. - Schedule services and COF inspections to keep vehicles safe and roadworthy. - Organize monthly inspections and arrange for necessary services and repairs.

**Reporting:** - Generate comprehensive reports on fleet performance, efficiency, productivity, and other management requirements.

**Requirements:** - Matriculation - Computer literacy - Proficiency in Excel (mandatory) - Minimum 1–3 years of experience in fleet management (controller) - Own transport - Sober habits - Ability to work night shifts - Willingness to work extended hours, including public holidays and weekends
