Key Duties for Our Mobile Skin Therapists: • Conduct all treatments and concept procedures consistently and in accordance with Dermalogica's standards. • Take charge of monthly objectives and remain informed about daily goals and achievements. • Carry out thorough consultations and Face Mapping for each new client, ensuring all records are updated post-visit in the POS system. • Support clients with retail services and follow up via phone or email post-product sales and treatments to discuss results and ongoing care. • Participate in all store-related activities, including meetings, workshops, inventory management, unpacking shipments, and promotional events. • Maintain the treatment area and other work spaces in a professional manner, including restocking shelves, cleaning areas such as the skin bar and product pool, and replenishing supplies.

Required Skills: • Must possess a Skin Care Qualification NQF Level 4 (minimum 2 years full-time) • Ability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings and weekends • A genuine passion for retail and a proven sales record • Confident in customer engagement • Self-motivated • Proficient in Microsoft Office
