Position Details About the Role We are seeking a Retail Branch Marketing Specialist to take on the responsibilities of a second-in-charge. In this role, you will not only support the branch operations but also step up and lead when the Branch Manager is unavailable. If you possess the ability to balance people, performance, and process, and are not afraid to take ownership, this position offers a growth opportunity into a leadership position.

What You’ll Be Doing - Assist with the day-to-day supervision of branch operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to company policies. - Collaborate with the Branch Manager in monitoring sales, expenses, and budgets. - Take ownership of stock management, including ordering, merchandising, stock control, and stock takes. - Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving queries and nurturing strong relationships. - Ensure compliance with safety and legislative requirements. - Drive marketing initiatives and promotions to enhance branch performance.
