Vacancy Details Employer: M3 Human Capital Management Perdeberg Cellar, nestled in the prestigious Paarl wine region, is currently seeking a dynamic, dependable, and hands-on individual to become part of their team as a Harvest Assistant on a fixed-term contract.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in both Afrikaans and English, accompanied by a keen desire to learn and adapt.

Essential qualifications, skills, and experience include: • A Matric certificate is mandatory; however, a Diploma or Degree in Viticulture and Oenology would be a significant advantage for the successful applicant (candidates with current studies are encouraged to apply); • Prior experience in harvest operations will be highly beneficial; • Possession of a valid driver's license and a personal vehicle; • A readiness to engage in physically demanding work, including evening and weekend shifts when necessary.

Contract Duration: January through April 2027.
