We are seeking an experienced and qualified HRD Manager for a client located in Gauteng.
Key Requirements: • A degree or Technikon diploma in Human Resources Development or similar qualifications. • Minimum of 8 years in relevant experience within Mining Technical Training, with at least 3 years in a managerial position. • Proficiency in understanding South African legal frameworks and labor legislation affecting Human Resources Development. • Possession of a Blasting certificate or an Engineering Trade certificate. • Capability to manage the HRD Department and foster/maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
