Position Overview This role is pivotal in the Tool, Die, Mould and Special Machining (TDM) and manufacturing industries, situated in Gauteng, Pretoria. The primary objective is to collaborate with these sectors, fostering relationships and implementing the Production Technologies Association of South Africa's (PtSA) mission. This role is crucial in achieving the industries' vision objectives at a regional level.

Core Responsibilities 1. Establish and nurture operational relationships with the tooling and manufacturing industry and Member Companies. 2. Actively promote the Production Technologies Association of South Africa and the Tool, Die, Mould and Special Machining industry through marketing and promotional initiatives. 3. Engage in extensive networking and business-to-business facilitation within the industry. 4. Identify and recruit tooling and manufacturing companies for PtS membership. 5. Utilize extensive knowledge of machinery and equipment pertinent to the industry. 6. Identify and recruit Tool, Die, Mould and Special Machining companies for enterprise development projects. 7. Identify and recruit companies within the tooling and manufacturing industry to host apprentice On-the-Job training elements. 8. Develop, implement, and maintain social media platforms' content strategies and campaigns.

Educational Qualifications Candidates must possess a relevant Toolmaking and/or Engineering qualification along with a relevant Marketing and/or Sales qualification.

Experience Requirements A minimum of 5 years' experience in the tooling/manufacturing industry is essential. Experience in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, and a minimum of 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role is required. Proficiency in computer literacy for Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and social media platforms is also mandatory.

General Information This position is in-person, full-time, and permanent. A valid Code B / EB license is required, as extensive local traveling is part of the role. The salary package is market-related. The base location is Gauteng, Pretoria. Nationally recognized candidates are encouraged to apply.
