What does the programme offerPermanent employment An eighteen-month training and development plan to develop your knowledge and skills to become an adviser whilst permanently employed On-the-job mentorship and training from established financial advisers Support, coaching and monitoring from HR, Regional Managers and Heads of Divisions.
Job descriptionTo provide underwriting assistance to the Advisers. The position will focus on personal and commercial lines business.
ResponsibilitiesLiaising with clients Preparing quotations for new and existing clients Issuing new policies, renewals and endorsements Building and maintaining good working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders Recording details and information on the relevant systems
Minimum requirementsCompleted BCom Degree (Preferably majoring in Information Systems, Analytics and Investment Planning/ Risk Management) or BCom (Economics) No experience, or less than 2 years in the financial services industry Proficient in both spoken & written English & at least one other of the SA languages
Competencies requiredCustomer Service Communication skills (verbal & written) Time Management skills Problem solving Attention to detail Team player
