DescriptionHire Resolve's Client is currently looking for an experienced Key Accounts Manager to join their mining company based in Gauteng. You will be responsible for managing key customer accounts, driving business growth and delivering technical sales solutions while building long-term client relationships and achieving commercial objectives.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts. Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling initiatives. Prepare quotations, tenders and commercial proposals in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Negotiate and manage customer contracts and long-term supply agreements. Develop account plans and implement strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Monitor sales performance, customer trends and market opportunities. Collaborate with operations, logistics and finance teams to ensure effective product delivery and customer service. Resolve customer queries and provide technical and commercial support. Conduct market research and monitor competitor activity to identify business opportunities. Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports and customer account analyses. Maintain accurate customer and sales data using CRM and business systems.
