National Asphalt is seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Millwright for our maintenance team in Estcourt. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the reliable operation of plant and equipment by installing, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing industrial machinery. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in minimizing downtime and maintaining optimal plant performance.
Based at our Estcourt commercial site, the ideal candidate will also be required to travel to other operational sites within the region to provide maintenance and technical support when necessary.
Key Responsibilities - Install and align industrial machinery and equipment - Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform corrective maintenance - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals - Perform preventive maintenance on machines - Use precision tools and equipment - Work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Follow all safety procedures and protocols
