To manage the end-to-end lifecycle of strategy, execution, planning, organization, negotiation, staffing, directing, and controlling of all project or programmatic components within a designated project function. This role ensures the successful realization of projects while maintaining alignment with strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities: Model capacity requirements across the entire project portfolio and drive capacity planning. Establish structures to align capacity requirements with strategic objectives, promoting optimal team delivery and commercial relevance. Ensure the function contributes positively to the division's capability through cross-pollination of successful solutions with other project management teams. Drive practices and business principles that enhance capacity planning and resource allocation. Set up branch budgets in line with financial models, considering operations and growth strategies. Participate in the strategic planning process for the function and ensure leadership agenda adoption. Manage report performance and hold reports accountable for their teams' performance. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, contribute to team effectiveness by playing a role in senior staff recruitment and selection, and drive tailored solutions for business unit problems. Monitor and correct deviations from the Divisional EE and Transformation Plan, while developing, implementing, and measuring strategies to build a distinct organizational culture. Ensure optimal team delivery.

Essential Qualifications: NQF Level: Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate Professional Qualifications/Honours Degree Preferred Qualification: SMP/ MBA or equivalent Essential Certifications: PMP or Prince certification. Programme Management certification (PGMP)

Minimum Experience Level: 12-15 years' experience working in a project environment, with at least 3-5 years in senior management roles. Technical/Professional Knowledge must include budgeting, capacity planning, change management, proficiency in employee training/development, financial accounting principles, organizational behavior theory, relevant regulatory knowledge, stakeholder management, strategic planning, and business writing skills.
