**Job Role: Project Manager**

**Overview**

The role is to oversee multiple projects from the initial stage through to completion, under the supervision and guidance of the PMO. The Project Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of projects, ensuring resources are acquired and team members are coordinated to deliver projects on schedule. The Project Manager will define project goals and ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle. This role encompasses project implementation, software documentation, client communication, and project support across various business units.

**Role and Responsibilities**

• Manage all stages of project development, including initiation, planning, execution, implementation, and post-implementation reviews. - Create and maintain work plans, project schedules, estimates, and resource plans in collaboration with stakeholders. - Document and oversee all projects, ensuring comprehensive project administration. - Possess extensive knowledge of project management methodologies and systems development techniques. - Familiarity with project planning techniques and automated project planning tools is necessary. - Oversee project scope and manage risks, offering solutions to scope-related challenges. - Monitor project progress, reporting critical issues to management and coordinating corrective actions and contingency plans as required. - Manage stakeholder relations to align project delivery expectations with project sponsors. - Ensure project deliverables meet or surpass sponsor expectations. - Plan and execute change management processes including training, communication, and documentation. - Provide clear leadership and motivation to the project team. - Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly team meetings and stand-ups. - Represent project progress at the Project Steering Committee. - Demonstrate expertise in managing multiple work streams simultaneously. - Guide and coach the team in Agile practices and self-organization. - Have strong skills in time estimation and planning, providing monthly progress reports to stakeholders. - Work efficiently with minimal supervision. - Meet with clients, both onsite and online, as needed. - Develop and maintain an IT Support Risk Register. - Perform Process Engineering tasks. - Provide updates to key stakeholders. - Attend important meetings, documenting summarized minutes, actions, and tracking responsibilities. - Create RACI reports. - Identify project weaknesses and develop actionable recommendations.
