Our client seeks a Retail Store Manager from an Automotive Parts / Aftermarket Retail background for their Witbank - Gauteng store.
This role involves managing and supervising the retail store's daily operations, focusing on operational efficiency, achieving sales and profitability targets, and providing high-quality customer service that aligns with company standards.
Minimum Requirements: - Matric / Grade 12 (required) - Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing - Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Retail Sales and/or Marketing - At least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial position - Expertise in the Automotive Parts / Aftermarket Retail sector - Proficient in MS Office Suite; ERP, SAP - Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
