Our client in the leather retail sector is currently seeking a seasoned Retail Supervisor to join their team in Cape Town. The successful applicant must possess a minimum of 3+ years of supervisory experience within the leather industry, coupled with a minimum of 3+ years in a retail or shop floor role within a leather merchant environment. A Matric (Grade 12) qualification is mandatory, although tertiary education will be viewed favorably.

The candidate must demonstrate a sound understanding of sales and marketing systems within a retail setting and possess the capability to lead a team towards enhanced performance and exceptional customer service standards. A recent professional profile photo should be attached to the application.
