**Key Requirements:** - Grade 12 qualification required, preferably with tertiary education - Minimum of 2 years' HVAC experience - Valid driver’s license and own vehicle - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook - Knowledge of Pastel and Office 365 advantageous - Sales and target-driven mindset - Exceptional verbal communication and customer empathy skills - Strong customer liaison and service skills - Outstanding organizational and planning abilities - Strong problem-solving skills - High attention to detail and methodical approach - Proactive, energetic individual with positive outlook

**Primary Duties:** - Manage multiple customer service level agreements (SLAs) - Schedule and coordinate technical teams for efficient service delivery - Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth - Develop and implement strategies to boost sales - Maintain strong client relationships - Manage all client communication and provide service feedback reports - Handle customer invoicing processes - Conduct regular client site visits to ensure service excellence

**Working Hours:** - Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 17:00 - Fridays: 07:30 - 16:15
