Our client in the FinTech sector is in search of a seasoned Lead Full-Stack PHP Engineer to bolster their dynamic development team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and uphold scalable, user-facing web applications and components. - Supervise backend development utilizing PHP and the SlimPHP framework. - Engineer and uphold frontend functionality through Vue.js and contemporary JavaScript (ES6+). - Construct and incorporate RESTful APIs and engage with both SQL and NoSQL databases. - Devise solutions designed to support large volumes of concurrent users. - Participate in application design, testing, deployment, performance optimization, and ongoing maintenance. - Utilize AWS services, including EC2, RDS, and Lambda. - Facilitate real-time functionality with technologies like Pusher and WebSockets. - Implement secure coding practices and contribute to system reliability and uptime. - Collaborate with Product Owners, QA teams, developers, and business stakeholders in an Agile Scrum setting. - Enhance existing codebases, infrastructure, and development methodologies.
