An innovative Integrated Security Solutions provider is looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Software Developer who excels in problem-solving and system design. This role involves working on both Frontend and Backend systems, requiring a deep understanding of modern software architecture to tackle complex technical challenges from start to finish.
With AI increasingly supporting modern software development, proficiency in utilizing AI-assisted development tools, coding agents, and agentic workflows is essential to expedite development while upholding engineering quality, security, and accountability.
This position demands someone who can see beyond isolated tasks, understand system integration, challenge existing assumptions, and contribute to the platform holistically.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, coupled with 5+ years of professional Software Development experience and expertise in JavaScript / TypeScript, React / Vue.js, C#, Python, Node.js, NoSQL, Docker & Kubernetes, is required.
DUTIES
- Develop, design, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance software applications. - Address complex technical and business problems, translating requirements into well-engineered software solutions. - Participate in system design, architecture, and technical decision-making. - Own solutions from initial design through testing, deployment, and production support. - Write clean, maintainable, testable, and efficient code following established Engineering principles and best practices. - Prioritize performance, scalability, reliability, observability, and security in system design. - Identify technical bottlenecks, architectural weaknesses, and technical debt, proposing effective solutions. - Conduct meaningful code reviews and help establish Engineering standards across the team. - Mentor and support less experienced Developers. - Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, QA, and other stakeholders to deliver new capabilities. - Utilize AI-assisted development tools responsibly and effectively to enhance Engineering productivity. - Leverage AI coding agents for code generation, investigation, refactoring, testing, documentation, and development automation, while critically evaluating AI-generated code. - Engage in Agile development processes, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Stay updated with relevant technologies, Engineering practices, and industry changes.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Postgraduate qualifications are advantageous.
Experience/Skills
- 5+ years of professional Software Development experience with demonstrated expertise at a Senior Engineering level. - Strong fundamentals in Software Engineering, including object-oriented or functional design, data structures, APIs, distributed systems, and application architecture. - Experience in designing components, services, or systems rather than just implementing predefined requirements. - Proficiency in modern Frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and frameworks such as React or Vue.js. - Experience with Backend languages and frameworks like C#, Python, Node.js, or equivalent. - Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases. - Knowledge of DevOps and modern software delivery practices, including CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes. - Experience designing and integrating REST APIs, third-party services, and distributed systems. - Experience with at least one major cloud platform like Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure.
Advantageous
- Understanding of AI coding agents, LLM-assisted development, and agentic Software Engineering workflows. - Experience with modern AI-assisted Software Development tools. - GraphQL experience. - Understanding of asynchronous processing, messaging, caching, and other common distributed system patterns.
