Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and industrialisation of antenna solutions. - Create RF products such as filters, duplexers, splitters, and other communication components. - Convert customer needs into actionable product specifications. - Collaborate with manufacturing teams to guarantee production readiness and uphold quality standards. - Support component sourcing, supplier engagement, and production planning activities. - Develop power and signal distribution systems for towers and communication infrastructure. - Prepare comprehensive engineering reports, product specifications, and technical documentation. - Facilitate product certification, regulatory compliance, and customer approvals.
Job Experience and Skills Required
Qualifications
- A degree in Electronic Engineering with a focus on RF Engineering. - A postgraduate qualification in RF Engineering is highly desirable.
Experience
- 5-10 years of experience in RF design and product development. - Hands-on experience with antennas, filters, duplexers, splitters, or similar RF components. - Knowledge of manufacturing, product industrialisation, testing, and quality assurance. - Background in telecommunications, wireless communication, or a related industry. - Proficiency in technical documentation and report-writing. - Ability to confidently engage with customers, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams.
