Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor in the Commercial Industry, ideally suited for managing commercial, retail, and mixed-use projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership and communication abilities.
Requirements
- Professional registration as a Quantity Surveyor (PrQS) with SACQSP – mandatory. - Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, with significant exposure to commercial, retail, and mixed-use developments. - Demonstrated ability to independently oversee multiple projects and deliver full Quantity Surveyor services. - Strong commercial, contractual, financial management, and negotiation skills. - Proven leadership qualities and the capacity to mentor junior staff. - Established professional networks and business development skills are advantageous. - Excellent communication, client relationship management, and organizational skills. - Willingness to travel to client premises and project sites as necessary. - Experience with DimX and WinQS software.
