Our client, a renowned construction firm, is looking for a skilled Field Supervisor to oversee the entire lifecycle of construction projects. The ideal candidate will handle site operations, manage schedules and project targets, control expenditures, and ensure consistent adherence to quality, safety, and contractual obligations. This role is perfect for a seasoned construction expert capable of managing site operations, budgets, timelines, and client interactions.
Requirements: • Minimum 7 years of civil construction experience in Major Steel Pipelines, Roads & Earthworks, and Bulk Water Storage • Education: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field • Professional registration with ECSA as Pr. Eng, Pr. Tech OR with the SACPCMP as a Pr. CM • Extensive experience in site management and construction operations • Demonstrated ability to manage site teams, including foremen and engineers • Strong understanding of construction planning, schedules, and production targets • Experience with daily costing, cost reporting, and budget management • Good knowledge of construction contracts and Conditions of Contract • Strong quality and safety management knowledge
